Survey Club is still promoting a contest which, according to official rules, ended 11-8-08. Appears as pop up after submitting a Publishers Clearing House entry. Claim to award $5000 every hour. Must agree to receive promotions disclose your cellphone number. Very strange. Do not even ask for home or work landline number.
