You have not mentioned any exchange rate. So please give some exchange rate from PP to AP.

I guess she is willing to give 1-1 ratio meaning if you have $1 AP she will offer $1 PP too for that.

If it is 1-1 ratio, i think the rate is acceptable. But currently i only have few dollars of AP only, so, is your friend still interested to exchange with it? I think your friend should be a trusted one.
