well those are not contests ,it is just admin selecting best posts and best poster of the day and it is good to see own name ,yesterday Sushila was there in the list.

Indeed it is a good way to make members happy. If we see our name posted as best member, it of course will make us happy and willing to contribute more to the forum. It show that admin is really taking care of members feeling.
