Rs 1.50 is just 3 cents per post approximately, so there is no any special privilege for Indian members. I would be glad if they pay Indian members via bank transfer or direct bank deposit instead of paypal because my pp is limited.
Thanks for your clarification. Since admin Rs1.50 is equal to 3 cents USD, i wonder why admin still want to specifically making the different between the rate. Unless he is planing to pay indian member india rupee via bank transfer, thats why it will be in Rs dollars not USD paypal?
