I do not know is this Rs1.50 is higher than 3 cents USD or lower than that?
Rs 1.50 is just 3 cents per post approximately, so there is no any special privilege for Indian members. I would be glad if they pay Indian members via bank transfer or direct bank deposit instead of paypal because my pp is limited.
