I understand what you mean. Many members like to judge a forum by their rate, it is like judging a book by their cover. Normally i will try my best to be active in those high pay rate forum first (which attract me most) then follow by low rate forum, cos i do not have much time to be active in all forum, i have to do it selectively, and hope for the best.
