It's not 0.03 cent per post, just 0.01. Read it carefully. It's really too low and I'm sure many people will not be interested to join there.

1-Maximum 15 posts(thread) total in one day allowed.
2-Duplicate posts not allowed
3-Referral links not allowed
4-No spam post
5-Posts or threads will be deleted if posted in wrong category.
6-Posts like hi,hello,thanks or some thing similar replies will be deleted immediately.
7-Multiple ids from one ip not allowed.

Repeated violation can lead to termination of members account.
For payout you have to request manually to admin.
If any doubt give personal message to our global moderator.

well those giving 0.03 payout is $10 you should understand and some are offering payout processor not internationally accepted.Anyways it is up to you.

well in mylot like popular site is also giving very low pay rate nad payout is $10 even after 6 months i could not reach as they deduct ur earning without any cause.So pl dont tell that all PTP are giving high rate,nobody can give high rate if some body is giving high rate they have certain other limitation .

Dear Satyakam Thanks For Providing This Site's Link I have Joined There And Have Already Given Some Thread and the site is very good and its far better than fraud ptc sites and other discussion site like mylot.in mylot they are deleting all the threads if in one thread many users give reply then mylot delete the threads and reduce our money and till now i have not reached the minimum payout limit.in comparison to all other site it looking good.

The rate per post is very low and in addition to that there is a post limit per day too. So I do not think that this forum is worth my time.
