I have to agree with Alec that if its a problem related to the hosting company servers then all the sites hosted by it should have been down :?:
Either the terms must have been broken by the domain holders or the hosting company might have delayed the update of the service.
We never know what the problem is so lets just wait for Moustafa to clarify it
