hello brother why a new site why not the old?if your old hosting is not allowing your site to host then there are other good host available you can try other hosting and transfer your database to new hosting then why you are talking about new forum then what happened to the members of ur forum and what about the payouts? those who reached the payout limit.
ok don't worry right now i am going talk with ur hosting team about ur site then it will be crystal clear that what is the problem and why they r not allowing ur forum to host.

anyways, the forum was up for 2 minutes today and went down again so i hope by tomorrow it will be up again .

Thanks moustafa for ur reply.obviously you will do much more than me as u r the admin of ur forum and i just told that whats the problem with ur hosting and also suggest you the hosting site thats it, you told you will make a new forum so i told why to make a new forum better to transfer your data to a new hosting and you can get less price hosting services in this way you no need to loss your database and ur users will get their payment.

I really hope that the site will be up very soon. We are all anxious to see it up again! This problem happent in the wrongest period, at the period of payout! Hope that it will be back soon, and that payment will be soon processed!

Well logically I guess yeah he will give as it is much required for many members to reach payout.

I think that if by tomorrow the forum is back then he may give atleast one day or else, then the matter may be postponded till the next month. I have just tried to visit the forum before few minutes but still it is not up.

If I am not mistaken, moustafa has already stated that he will give one extra day for those who reached the minimum payout but didn't had the chance to request for payout. I really hope that the site will be back tomorrow.

I also tried to open the site, but the situation is the same: the site is not loading!

Well I don't think that it is hacked as the host is opening. I don't think that it has been DDOSed

Dear Friend its not a DDos attack because when any server hacked by other it won't show you that ur a\c is suspended rather it will show Server Doesn't Exit.

Of course that it isn't a DDos attack. The admin of the forum clearly stated that there is a problem with the hosting company...

Anyway, regardless of the nature of the problem, I just can't wait for the site be online again!

But I already checked the hosting company this site used, they don't have any problem right now.
Usually, if hosting site close down, then all other site using this hosting will be down too, but if the hosting site up again, the site should be up again too.
