I would say, for a new site, 0.03 for per post is really high rate when the minimum payout is just $3. I'm sure many people will get attracted and I can see already some members seem active in the forum.
Even myself decided to keep aside some forums like ebay, brl, golbalearntalk and I'm going to be more active in this forum.

Don't worry. Your site has potential to bring new members but need some patient. But first of all, you correct all the credits system problem, and everything in your forum. Then every existing member will try to promote your site, and then I'm sure many members will come and join.

First of all, new members need payment proofs, so once we started showing to them, they will not have second thought, they just simply join there. Because you have really very attractive rates with very low payout.
I can assure you your rates are better than brl, goldearntalk, makegoldforum.

I hope that members join the forum as it has unique style, Radio .. etc .
