Right now it is not pay per post forum. But the admin (moustafa) is going to make it a money-making forum soon. He is going to start-off with some contest as soon as he gets enough members in their site. So just continue posting there.
yes, lemon you are right.. i'll start contests and prizes soon but the forum needs to get much more members .

@ smart , referral contest may be a must because the aim for now is to bring much more members .. how do you think the forum will get more members without that way ?
So, referral contest followed by posting contest is great to make new member stay on your forum.
