Usually, if hosting site close down, then all other site using this hosting will be down too, but if the hosting site up again, the site should be up again too.
well i hope moustafa can explain this..he mentioned that the site was up for a few minutes yesterday and went down again..i hope hes genuinely tryin to get it up...maybe now theres some problem with his own site if the hosting site is back up
