I'm not a member of this forum, but from what I see, there are more than 1 admin. One of them uses a girl username. It doesn't matter at all, although many people think sites run by women are more likely to fail. I don't care about their genders as long as they're good at their jobs. The one thing I still try to figure out is the rate :P I think I just have to join this forum and find out myself.
I just now visited the forum and read their rules about earning system. I found that they offer only 1 cent per post for standard members, and 2 cents for premium members. I think these rates are really too low, but I don't understand why still some good posters are active there. Even some members have upgraded their membership by paying some amount. I wonder what benefit they are getting apart from 2 cents per post.
