those are not really considered as good referrals. well maybe at first they will not like the site. i think with encouragement from their referrer will keep them coming back here. i think payment proof helps a lot.

I think many newbies being warned for their senseless or short post there, thats why they have stopped posting in the forum. Maybe also some members is good in referring members, and those newbies is just posting enough for the active referral requirements. Anyway, I do hope more new members activing joining there as do help us to post as well.

Well, as far as I know, many newbies even haven't completed 5 to 10 posts which does not satisfy any referral contest requirements. Moreover, it's impossible to win the active referral contest because it requires minimum 20 referrals to be active through the month.

Of course, there are some new members who stopped posting after a while but if you really notice they are not referrals of anyone. They just joined themselves and leaving themselves. The main reason was because of too much warning by the moderator and the reason was they were making very short posts.

Even the guy Ahmar2 was warned and deducted several times who was about to leave the site. I just convinced him to stay there claiming don't miss such a good forum and guided them how to avoid spams, though he is not my referral nor anyone referral. My intention is just to motivate new members to stay in the forum.

yes new members are unaware mostly of the rules. i think they really need tips on how to post a decent post. anyways, i am still able to post well here. as long as you are familiar with the topics that you will not it hard to post. but if you are not any more familiar with what is happening with those sites on the topics then it will be hard to think of something new to say.

Well, the main problem with new member is that they are bound to make one liner posts, but according to the moderator one liner post is a spam, so he warns members, and the members get little frustrated and leave the site. I wish, instead, he should have advised or suggest those members to make two liner and good posts.

Many new members thought that forum posting is the easiest way to earn money online, as they just need to type few words or few questions, then they can get paid. This is what make them easy to make short post with on or two comment or questions. I think the best way is still have to study those forum or site that they wish to post, then make infomative posts with their own thoughts, then they will be fine.

this site is not the easiest actually for most beginners in online earnings. cause they still don't have any thing to say. so i think that they better start forums like that has general discussions instead. but it is not one of those. but when they have been able to post or join those easier forums then they will have some ideas what to talk about.

i guess you better encourage them to join first others before going active on this site.

I agree this site is not suitable for beginner in posting, even senior members may also get warning for their posts as non-informative or senseless posts. Anyway, i still like this forum, as with the strict rules, i can only see informative posts there.

Mod Id2000 is particular on the quality of posts. He will not tolenrate with any posts that look silly or senseless even the posts is a long posts. This for sure will increase the standard of forum, but in the other way, may sto some active members for posting, as they may scared for getting infraction. I do like like mode style, as we have nothing to post, better don't posts.

i don't think that other posts here are spam actually. they are just not to the good standards that the mod are expecting from us old members. and so i think that we old members really just have to make a conscious effort to make a really good no non sense posts.

Yea only when we get warnings do we realise what mistakes not to repeat and how we can possibly increase the quality of our posts...so its sorta like a blessing in disguise for the posters as well as for the forum

yeah we just have to learn how to post on every forum so that we will earn well. but because of slow or few activity now on this site. i find it hard to post now. cause those topics i am much active posting on , no one has replied yet there and so my posts is still the last post on those threads that i normally post to like mylot.

Well, I wonder why the payments are not made though the new admin Andrew is every day online. Is it the turn of the old admin to process the present payout requests?

It is almost one week already since the payout request has been made by members there, admin should have enough time to check all the post and make payment. Anyway, may be admin is just busy and forget to really check out the request there.
