Has anyone tried adblaster software?

I heard that by using adblaster software you can submit your website to lakhs of directories and websites. I have got one such software but everytime i try to download it i get the message from avast antivirus that there is 'adware' in it. So plz tell me how to download it and also let me know does it really help to generate huge traffic.

I am not aware of it Shishir..But i am sure no program will offer the same for free..Just think whats the advantage for them in linking your website to other lacks of websites for free.

I agree with you but when i try to download it i get the mesg that it contains adware. Now whats 'adware' and how it can harm the computer i dont know.

No i'm not going to download it from some website. Its there in a CD which i purchased recently.

well when the message appears you may also get an option from ur antivirus to "Repair" the file

i don't recommend joining sites that harm your pc so stay safe and be away from it .

I think that you should try it that way. If there is some option 'repair', then no harm in using it. Your antivirus software may be able to remove the adware part and then you may be able to use it.

I think you should download that copy from download.com, that will solve your problem.
