    IMHO, German servers would also work for you.
    I know that aspnix.com offers really good VPS hosting plans along with Double RAM special.

    Good communication and customer service is key to a great web-host, and it has these qualities in spades.

    Look at koddos.com VPS deals which are located in NL.
    They have solid servers and prices are affordable. Uptime is high.
    Support is active.

    Guess if you use a hosting service from koddos company, you will get quality service with high uptime and affordable prices.
