I can highly recommend 4Goodhosting.com Canadian web host. All questions were answered and not just some of them. And when I had difficulties with some of the website setup, they fixed things immediately. Price is reasonable, reliability is great and I would definitely recommend them to everybody.

Look at koddos VPS deals which are in NL.
They have rather affordable prices and their uptime is high.
Support is active and responsive.

Think of trying koddos and readymakers deals.
They are good at delivering quality service in Europe.
Prices are not high and servers are stable.
