Which site counter do you use? How is its performance ?

Statcounter is the one which gives you the statistics of visitors of your website or blog. You just have to add the html code to your website, and it gives you statistics automatically.

There is a little problem with statcounter. If you change your blog template then the stat counter code get corrupted and you need to reinstall that code, although the visitors remains the same but its quite hectic to go statcounter and reinstall their code again.
