yes. most of us can't find the login security PIN but as the starter mentioned. maybe that's the only feture opens to USA members.

maybe he confused paypal with LR. i don't know the purpose of this secure log in. is that the same with account email nme and password in paypal.

yes,LR have secure log in.but for paypal,i really don't know about it.so maye he confused paypal with LR

hehe..i don't think one can easily take LR as paypal..we should ask someone from USA to confirm wether they have login key on paypal there.
