yes. i also think perfectmoney can take a good share on the future hyip business . no matter LR down or not.

perfectmoney is widely used in hyip sites nowadays, so if lr goes down by any chance pm should be on top.

If i am not mistaken, Perfectmoney also not support charge back policy, it is eventually same like LR, when our funds getting scammed. still Ap will be the best in hyip sites, the chargeback work perfect.
