No, they do block some areas for some maintenance reasons that's why some links work, and some doesn't work. Anyway, they solved out those problem just two days ago and I could access with the normal link itself. But again today LR has been down since morning. It's not working even with proxies. It seems now LR is down worldwide.
I can connect to LR, but the main page of LR site load extremely slow, it took me more than 20 minutes to load main pages, all the links there seem not working at all. I think again LR is being attacked by DDOS or another technical upgrades. Recently too many downtime of LR, why can' they solve it once and for all?
