You are right. LR is used by all sort of businesses where they prefer a payment processor where money cannot be refunded like the hyip's n casinos. Hence LR may come into trouble.
If you all said that the LR involves in those hyip and casino activities will lead to have problems in future, but i see other payment processor like PM and Moneybookers also doing that, but i don't think they will also having problems.
well. we can't make sure one payment processor can stay forever and never have problem later. i'm worrying about LR's frequently down now.
