no you cant promote your blog there. you will have to make another blog there using their own template and your blog is only going to be viewed by people who is using xomba or those visitors of xomba. so there is not much traffic when you write an article in xomba. well i think it is like just payperpost in a way. better you try writting a single and short post in xomba to try it out.
