Sometimes i don't get credited why?

I have noticed that in this forum sometimes when i post a new thread or reply i don't get credited at all. Neither 10 cents nor 5 cents. Why????

YEs this will only happens either you have crossed the daily limit of 14 posts
or you haven't yet completed 20 hrs interval after your last post..
You must tell this to dmin i think he will guide you very accurately...
