What is that "TEs"?
I could get some referrals on some social networking sites but most of the times they had joined and left after sometime. I mean they did not remain active. So the problem is of ACTIVE REFERRALS.

TE is traffic exchanger, the site where we can see/view/surf other people's sites/blogs/whatever and get credits and then, those credits can be spent to promote our sites/blogs/referral links/whatever.
And yes, you are right, we can get many referrals, but getting active referrals are really hard, because those referrals have to like the programs or we have to pay them for their every effort. If not, they will fly away soon.
