how one should proceed before making a website?

i never had a website so know nothing how the procedure goes..like from where to start and tillll how long it takes to make a fully functional website..i searched over the net but mostly the things were not written in an easy form..so asking here..someone who knows please tell..thanks

Well the Basic and first step is to register for a domain. Look for a domain good domain, Choosing a domain is not as easy as it is possible, It has to be choosen by selecting some parameters for which you have to PM me
