That what I want to say, Awsurveys are one of the spam site. Earned 40 $ but when I tried to withdraw the page loaded error.

Yes they have reduced the minimum pay out

they havn't paid me even, i have earned around 60$ but when i had asked them for payment ...nothing happens

U r right. When its start that time its only pay members. But after that its never pays any members. Now its going to as a scam. So, be ware of it.
