paypal has added more feature to indians

If we have 100 dollars in our paypal account ,paypal takes 3 dollars as service charge for sending the money to our indian bank account.

Thanks yogesh. It means that I will have to have 100$ balance in pya pal first and then only I can request the transfer of funds to my Indian Bank Account?
