Let me what are the programs that you are using to bring regular readers to your blog... are you social bookmarking links in your blog... i feel that is a great method to bring a huge traffic to your blog... Have you tried this nick....

yes..to bring regular readers and not just "traffic" you will be needing social bookmarking and RSS feed..you can also go for technorati..good luck

Try advertising. This is the most expensive solution but it's proven to be the most effective and quickest way to get people to go to your site. $10 worth of Adwords is already enough to get around 1000 visitors, if I'm not mistaken. You could easily earn that money from sites like Webmaster-Money

I have come up with a new way of advertising.. Anyway i am not sure whether you are aware of this.... Press releasing your blog.... How can you do it... Visit http://free-press-release.com and then release your blog over there with some good comments...

If you have money to spare you can try Google adsense/bidvertiser or try banner rotation advertisments for free.
