in the resolution centre you can open any dispute with any seller or buyer and get your money back if you are not satisfied by the content and so its wonderful..i got my 7$ back from ptr-hun through them and will be getting my next 2$ from them too

yogesh,i have spent 7$ in the beginning to purchase 7 referrals..and 2$ i have used for advertising on PTR-hun..she never gave me those referrals and never put my link in advertisement upto its cost..like for 2$ i got only 12 exposures which means she has done something scamming as i should have got 2000+ exposures..why i got those two amounts separately was because i have opened two disputes separately differing in dates..so they were resolved on different dates..

I really liked it when i was convinced by them that they returned my hacked amount of 50 USD.

i did not understand much, you mean if you are not a satifier purchases, or buying you a effecuter but it was not as you thought, paypal may cancel this trasnsaction

well you are lucky that paypal is really responsible enough to bring back your money from those ptc sites . i just wonder if every one has this experience also or if they have received back their money too from paypal when they experience the same thing.
