Dear nick, I'm using "Adsforindians" text ads, and "cbproads" in my blog. I can use this both from last one month, so my earning is not clear.

Hi nick you mean to say TLA publisher scheme if that is what you mean then i have tried three times but they are not approving ,dont know the reason according to their norms a site must have page rank ,for eligibility and i do have PR-2.

I think they don't accept a blog hosted with free sub domain like xxx.blogspot.com or xxx.wordpress.com

Dear Nick, could you pl explain what text ads are all about? I know google adsense's text ads, but nothing about other that that.

text link ads is site which pays bloggers to display ads in form of text links in their blogs and pay you for displaying them for a month.
it pays good amount of money for text link ads.

Is it possible to display those textlinks ads in a website, or they would only do good in blogger? Are these ads are running only on impression?

Uaually text link ads pay high rate compared to other publisher schemes but it require high page rank like 2 ,3 or above and they give weekly flat rate.
