Found out 15-day Free trail offer

Hey guys,
Recently I came across gigapros.com and got to know that they started to offer 15-day Free trial on their personal hosting accounts.
What are your views on them?
Any comments, please?

Is the charge made according to actual usage or are you expected to pre-pay for a potential overage? It is better not to go for hosts that expect you to prepay for overages, since it is very hard to forsee when your site will exceed its bandwidth and by how much.

I gave them a try and was really impressed by gigapros.com customer support team - they are so helpful.
Immediate account setup and I had a number of questions that I sent via email and they were answered precisely, accurately, logically and in easy to understand terms in less than 15 minutes.

I have been with Gigapros.com for over a year and have been pleased so far.
This web host is always running hosting specials ranging from bottom of the barrel to comparable prices for both individuals and businesses.

Can say that Gigapros.com service is as good as it gets, they are always available to assist. They help me out a lot and they are always there to support me when i need it.
The server up-time is perfect.
