are they available for international users?i don't know much about their functioning as i have never tried them and i heard about them only on this forum..i tried eurobar..but its not doing anything..!!what are they actually..i don't understand?are their ip or country limitations..moreover when i installed it it never prompted me to sign up anywhere..then how i'll be paid..?pleae tell if somebody knows about it..thanks
