Think that it will be reasonable to choose downtownhost.com VPS hosting - it will give you more freedom and advantages while running a forum.
The uptime is excellent, their promise of 99.9% is correct.
Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.

Their plans are full-featured and they are able to satisfy all your demands.
Support is second to none.

I think for start I will buy a shared hosting - i way cheaper and maybe u won't need to pay a lot of money of VPS
