I don't think MB value is more than PP. I have seen many members exchanging MB for PP with lower rate say $1.05 MB equals $1 PP. About exchchange, I have hardly seen any exchangers who accept MB to LR exchange, but certainly you can exchange with some forum members.

Moneybookers works like paypal. And also does not allow any exchanges. That's why you don't see the sites to offer exchange moneybookers. And there is a segment for people who likes moneybookers. Like there is a group of people who likes paypal as well.

You can directly withdraw money on your bank account or credit/debit card. They are very flexible. But don't know if it is expensive compared to others or not. But its best for me.

I think you are the only one here that use moneybookers before, can you tell me where can i find an online exchanger that support moneybookers to other payment processor like LR or AP? If yes, i would like to use it already.
