It is mostly because u have been away from the site for more than granted inactive time that is why they might have marked your account.
Anywyas try sending them a support ticket and ask them what seems to be the problem.

I am member their from long time means from six month but i get good offers to complete and get good credit but i don't keep activity their but some members are really giving hard time their and manage to earn good points well...... if anyone have doubts about check other forums you will found lot's of proof.

That happened to me a few months back and I contacted them but it turns out that they cannot do something about it. And I already reached payout by then.
