Need to choose a host for wordpress site

looking for the hosting solution suitable for running wordpress sites with these specs:
10GB space, 150Gb transfer!
any experience with 48-14.com web host? have found them via google search and their hosting plans and price for them meet my needs.
One of my friends suggested me to choose hostforweb.com.
What host will be better for me? Could any help me?
So, are they trustworthy?

Think that the 2nd one mentioned host will be better as I have heard only positive feedbacks about them.
Hostforweb.com offers really nice hosting solutions along with many useful features.
You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.

It seems to me that hostdepot.com company will be reasonable choice of web host.
I have been happy due to these things:

1) super-reliable, highly communicative re: any changes, and above all superb customer support.

2) site uploaded and mail lists set up without a hitch - and any technical query dealt with immediately.

I was recommended to try hostdone.com as a host that offered excellent value, and most importantly for me, as a complete novice, excellent support. I have not been disappointed.
Take a look at their cheap hosting plans - think that you will not regret.
