    I have contacted their support on a number of occasions with a variety of different questions, and all of them have been sorted within the hour, first replies have been within 10 minutes on some instances.

    Taking into consideration the situation you have fetched up at, I can recommend webwerks.in to get VPS hosting packages at.
    You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.
