I find that social bookmarking is a great way to get targeted traffic. You can sign up to a number of sites or get some software to do this for you. 2 good ones are bookmarkwiz and bookmarking demon.

Article writing is also good.

u have to find new ideas never told before , share them in forums and then say if people want more ideas and that the original post is on your blog..
