AS I progress through the 'internet' world trying to get my little place of the web all mapped out I am beginning to see the importance of linking. Initially I spammed millions of other blogs with a quick 'great info' and then left my link - no one ever paid any attention to it - as I grew up I started actually being an active member of quite a few blogs and forums and I found that as people got to know me, they started clicking on my links in my profile. I wasn't forcing them to look at my link, it just came naturally! A great lesson was learned!
