paypal is offering some return (about5.2%) on the money in your account if you are a US citizen. in my opinion paypal is the best online payment system.

yaah paypal is the best ...after trying egold, V money and many more i found thaat paypal services are fast and reliable .....i don't know what the return they are offering :wink:

what do you mean by return? are you expecting some kind of interest for the money you have stored in their site? i have never heard of it. paypal does not pay interest dont know about others.

no archy thats not available to international members and for the same reason i'll be transferring my balance to my US account as i did transfer it to my Indian account and received no extra buck

and 5.2% is really something in case of paypal..at least you can get some of your "transaction charges" back

ohh byyp... i now understand that,
But if you want to open a US paypal account, i believe you need to have a US bank account right?
or is there any other way out?

yes..you will be needing a US bank account as they don't go by IP addresses if you can provide them your US bank account even while making account from any other country too..archy..i don't think there are other means for making that account US verified!!

well it is terrible to know that we international members will not be able to get some returns. if you don't want to have charges then just make a personal account.
