I think paypal is safe though I haven't got the opportunity to withdraw money from it. But the feedback that I'm getting in favour of paypal, it is reliable enough to deal money with it.

i also think that paypal is safe generally.but i heard that some people bought a domain and after it expired he did not recharge the fee.but there was many spent with his credit card as well for the domain fee.

Maybe it is a recurring payment (subscription) where the account will be automatically charged after the previous payment period has ended? I do not know if there is such thing in buying domains, tough. I also do not know if recurring payments can be applied in credit card payments.

automatic renew options are available in many sites providing domain services, maybe that is the case with him.

I have heard almost nothing but positive things about PayPal. The only problem I have is that sometimes they charge a fee, but that isn't a secret, so I don't mind.

Well I can say that there is no other reliable payment processor as Paypal. It's the best payment processor up to date.

If no one paid you to your account, how could you accept it? You should know who paid you and convince the paypal that you haven't accepted it unauthorisedly, you accepted it as the person paid you. He has no right to make complain against you.

Yes Paypal investigates every matter reported to them and then takes appropriate action.

Someone hacked my paypal account and sent the money to her account. Paypal became suspicious and immediately temporary held her and my account after 30 minutes of the said transaction and an email was also sent. I've reported it and they investigated the matter right away.

My experience so far has proved to be safe, nothing has gone wrong. And I like that I receive e-mails about everything going on in my paypal account.

I think paypal really listens to it's members and really serious about security. I've even called their support over the phone and they are really nice.
