scam sites and businesses

Dear mustang, check any site's alexa ranking in www.alexa.com. Qyao's alexa traffic rank is 31888, and I'm sure Qyao is not a scam site, because I can receive 100$ from them. Many people don't want to learn but they want money.

Well, high rank site doesn't guarantee that site as honest site.
I don't know if this site really scam or not, what I know is I haven't found any payment proof since last month
