paypal sure has alot of spoof mails
i get like 2 day it seems like. i dont even open them i just send them to paypal spoof dept. i have known a few people that opened and answered them there accounts got drained too. i am sure everyone here knows never to answer an email from paypal always call instead unless it is you adding accounts etc and you know that is what it is. i have to give paypal credit they have been great to me. i do ebay as well as ptc and paid forums etc and i have never had a prob in the 3 years i have been using them.

I am not getting so many emails from them... I am using special email account only for paypal payments so all other emails I recieve to not paypal emails I can just ignore.
Sometimes when I am not on my own PC I even try to click to those links there but usualy it is already banned.

It is always best to bin those emails, I would suggest phoning paypal to see if they are genuine emails.
I was going to say authentic paypal emails gave an ID number at the bottom, but even the phishers have started to put those ID numbers on as well.

Yes paypal do mention that in their security centre that they will not send any email in paticular and if any email from paypal comes and ask you fill your details then its a faulty account, So never open mails which are from paypal, infact got to your paypal account login there and check for what you want .

i have not really encountered these spoof emails claiming to be paypal. i just don't know why some other people receive that kind of email. and usually i will not really trust any sites that will ask some information by answering or replying to that email. of course i will just log in in my paypal account to answer their questions there.
