Are you asking for how to monetize your leads, or how to process them so that they're better organized?

To monetize them, try promoting a Clickbank product to your list that's related to what you do. Sign up for a free account, get a hoplink, and send it out.

As far as looking for an email provider, Aweber and Mailchimp are my two favorites. Constant Contact is also one of the biggest.
