The Ethical Hacker Network has excerpted a chapter from Google Hacking for Penetration Testers covering ten security searches that can give you a better idea of just how secure your site is.

Hi satya , presently there are few ready made software are available in market by using them we can able to check the security hole of our site but previously we did this manually by checking each files and folders.
