WoW. That's great. So it means the first payout is $15 and $20 afterwards. But still it is too much to reach payout on the site. They should lower the payout so people can get cashout.

Wow i am also not aware of bonus after joining site i haven't checked my account balance after u update thread i know their is sign up bonus now only 15$ required for reaching $20.
