I think not, since most Manual and autosurf traffic exchanges doesn't allow these url redirection pages including linkbucks. But we can use these kind of programs on our blogs and probably on other forums too.

True. But i think if the TE site has only 10 second timer then one can put links on that TE and can earn from it.

Well most of time occurred in TE site because of webpage get redirected to other site and members face problems and that's why Autosurf admin remove this kind of links instantly.

Well there is some kind of header page links which will permanently show ads on top of the page. I am thinking to use that for once to check it out. Then will see if that;s does the work or not.

But there is also a problem on that. Sometimes they show adult ads even if i don't select those ads. And those are annoying. That will ruin my sites reputation if the adult ads pop up.

Well there is no restriction from paypal on such kinds of sites since they are another advertising medium unlike PTCs.

Well such kinds of sites are allowed by paypal. And neobux is an exception. Paypal usually does not allow ptc sites.

Paypal freeze neobux's account. And then neobux stand still. And after a few days a paypal representative sent a mail to neo admin and let him use the paypal for his ptc.

I think paypal returned neo account because it might harm paypal's reputation that such a reputed site suffered losses because of paypal.
