ohh thats good that you got your problem solved quickly , i guess now they are replying quickly to members because of the various problem happening there , i hope they can now avoid such kind of problems as it gives a bad reputation to them.

We cannot say really that they are replying fast because this issue was pending for days now. We should wait before concluding that they have improved their service.

Same goes with me only at times that I cant access it and thought that it was my net problem and now I got used to this problem already with LR.

Well, this problems is taking me around 1 week time from happend, repoted to finally solved. Although i couldn't say that the services is fast, but still in 1 week time settled my problems, i consider it is fast enough for me.
