Well such a high rates payment processor should have a good support team now. Since they are well established in the market now they should be able to respond to larger audience immediately.
Since they have large audience, and may be LR don't have enough staff to work with them, that is why LR couldn't respond members fast. Of course they should improves their customer services as well as their technical services, which always down currently.
